I am Donald MacKinnon, a Scottish solicitor with over 25 years' experience in employment law and HR practice and I am recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Employment Law by The Law Society of Scotland.  I was a director and co-owner of Law At Work Ltd., a boutique employment law, HR and health & safety consultancy until the sale of the business to Marlowe plc.

During my career, I have provided advice and support throughout the UK to businesses ranging from five to 20,000 employees, in a variety of sectors, and have extensive experience in supporting organisations and HR teams with complex employee related issues.
